The Lashe adhesives are the safest, most sterile and highest performing adhesives available. You will not sense the adhesive during the appointment. Only a trained and certified lash professional will be able to safely apply The Lashe extensions. Eye injury or clumpy, unnatural-looking lashes are likely to result from unprofessional or self or DIY lash -application. The Lashe Certified Stylists have gone through rigorous hands-on training in advanced application and design techniques and can create an intricate look tailored to your features. The Lashe eyelash extensions application can keep up with your busy lifestyle. Our clients love how our lash extensions last and last, even when worn on vacation, skiing, swimming, snorkeling, and sunning all day! We recommend that you wait 24 to 48 hours before visiting the spa, tan, or spray tan to allow adequate adhesive bonding. After that, resume your regular schedule. Can I wear mascara with The Lashe Eyelash Extensions? Yes! Although the lash extensions give the appearance of wearing mascara, some women choose to wear mascara. We only recommend using The Lashe Mascara, which has been specially formulated for lash extensions. Other mascaras will cause premature shedding. If you choose to wear mascara, apply sparingly and only on tips; never apply from lash base to tip. We only recommend using The Lashe Cleansers, which was also specially formulated not to affect the bond of the adhesive. Do The Lashe Eyelash Extensions harm my natural lashes? No! Since the lash extensions are applied to your natural lashes away from the base, never touching the skin, the growth cycle of the natural lash is not affected. We only use 0.15mm thick extensions to be applied on natural lashes. We do not use thick or polyester-based lashes that can harm your natural lashes. The accuracy in the lash application at Salon Lashe is also key to maintaining the health of your natural lashes, and of paramount importance to us. When should I not get Eyelash Extensions? You must have some natural lashes for this procedure. Lash Extensions should not be applied to individuals, who have recently completed or are undergoing chemotherapy, have alopecia, or who suffer from trichotillomania or trichinosis. If you have any eye condition where the eye does not look healthy or have an adhesive or latex allergy, you are probably not a candidate for eyelash extensions. Consult with your ophthalmologist for a recommendation or stop in for a consultation. How long does The Lashe Eyelash Extension Application take? Depending on the skill level of the stylist, The Lashe-Certified Stylist will take between 2 to 2.5 hours to apply a full set of extensions, depending on the type of lash extension used – synthetic or genuine mink. Genuine Mink lash application can take 30 to 60 minutes longer than the 2-hour lash application, as the mink extensions are more delicate. How many eyelash extensions are in an The Lashe full set? Here is where the real difference is! Depending on how many natural lashes you have, on average The Lashe full set lash application consists of between 120 to 150 extensions placed on each eye. The results are astonishing! The Lashe also trains stylists to be real artisans when it comes to the lash application. The Lashe trains certified lash stylists to take into account a client’s face shape, eye shape, eye placement, and brow arch to create a unique lash look for every client. That result is a personalized eye-enhancing look. Is the Eyelash Extension Application comfortable? Yes! It is such a comfortable process that most of our clients are so relaxed that they fall asleep. During the lash application process, you are reclined on a massage bed with specialty leg and neck pillows with the eyes closed. It is the same as going for a facial. Are there differences between The Lashe Eyelash Extensions and other products available? Yes! The three main differences are how natural the lash extensions look, how long the lash extensions last, and how they affect your natural lashes. The Lashe Products are bar none the most sterile, safest, and highest performing eyelash extension products on the market. Some products available on the market are eyelash strips, flares, clusters, lash tabs, mascaras, semi-permanent mascaras, or eyelash growing liquids. Our Certified Stylists create looks like no other lash stylists. Beyond the superior quality of The Lashe products and craftsmanship, lash extensions are the only product on the market that can work outside the confines of your own lashes. All other products are limited to your own lash characteristics.

False eyelash strips are the oldest and probably most well-known product. They involve using a gummy adhesive that touches the skin and is the least natural-looking. Lash strips only last a day and can come off or dislodge during the course of wear. Flares, clusters and lash tabs are often misrepresented in the market as “individual” eyelash extensions. These products consist of between 3 to 8 lash bunches with a node or knot at the end. The application involves adhesive touching the skin or the node is adhered to multiple natural lash bases, which often damage the natural lashes. Can I be on a lash growth program and still get Eyelash Extensions? Yes, in fact, many of our clients are on lash growing programs and these products do not harm the extensions. The more lashes one has the more extensions we can apply. The natural non-medication lash growing liquids are very difficult products to use and to see results application must be done twice daily consistently for two months. They do work but take time for results to appear and they do work within the confines of your natural lashes. The liquid must be precisely applied and evenly distributed, as it is possible to grow hair in undesirable places or create patches of thicker lashes. These serums can also be used on brows.

If you are using a lash growth program that is stronger in nature, such as Latisse, we recommend that you do not use the brushes that it comes with. Please use a liquid eyeliner brush and apply sparingly. The good news is that a one-month supply is actually a 5-month supply when used this way and you will see the same results. Also, by using sparingly, the other side effect possibilities are significantly diminished.
