Shipping & Return Policy

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for any opened/used products due to the nature of the products. NO Exceptions.

If the product has not been opened and/or used, a store credit or exchange is possible if you contact The Lashe via email at TheLashe@thelashe.com immediately upon receipt of the products. No exchanges or returns for products on sale.

The Lashe must authorize the return.

If a store credit is given, it will only be given for the cost of the product being returned only. The returned product must be received within 14 calendar days for U.S. and Canadian shipments and within 30 calendar days for international shipping from notice given to The Lashe and a tracking number must be provided to The Lashe.

Once The Lashe is in receipt of the returned product and inspects the product that it has not been opened and/or damaged, a credit will appear within your Lashe account. If it has been determined that the product was opened and/or damaged, no store credit or exchange will be given.

All adhesives must be sent USPS Priority domestically, Canadian via UPS, and International USPS Express.

If there are extreme cold or hot temperatures, all domestic and international shipments must be sent via USPS Express and Canadian returns must be sent via UPS 5 day international.

Restocking Fee

A 25% restocking fee will be charged if The Lashe accepts a product return. Refused/Unclaimed Shipments will be charged the shipping cost plus a 25% restocking fee. There will be no restocking fee on products deemed faulty.

Faulty/Incorrect Orders

If a product is faulty in some way determined by The Lashe, or you have received an incorrect order, an exchange or a store credit will be given. The Lashe must be notified about this via email at TheLashe@thelashe.com within 3 business days from note of delivery confirmation to correct your order.

To correct, please do the following:

  • Take a photo of "Faulty" or "Incorrect" merchandise.
  • Send photo(s) to our email address: TheLashe@thelashe.com. Please also state in the subject line the account name and order confirmation number.
  • Once we have confirmed, we will notify you through email on further instructions.
The original packing slip and all original packaging materials must be included with your return. Shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer unless the incorrect product was shipped.

All adhesives must be sent USPS Priority domestically, Canadian via UPS, and International USPS Express.

If it is determined that the damage was due to customer care no store credit or exchange will be given.

Shipment of Adhesives

The adhesives are temperature sensitive. The default shipment method is USPS Priority shipment method.

If there are severe cold or hot temperatures, The Lashe advises to choose the USPS Express shipment method. Express has the benefit of the package only traveling by night, the package gets delivered independently from the local carrier, a signature is required, and it can be held at the post office for pick up.

For Canadian destinations we recommend the UPS Canada Service.

If the customer does not choose Express or UPS Canada Service when there are severe cold or hot temperatures, this is at the customers peril and The Lashe will not exchange or give store credit for the adhesive.

United States Shipping

United States Postal Service: Priority 2-5 business days or Express 1-2 business days.

USPS-Hold for Pick-up: The Lashe offers Hold for Pick-up at no extra charge. Please track your package to ensure timely notice. All tracking information will be found in your online order history. USPS automatically chooses the pickup location based on the destination address and creates the shipping label to include the recipient's name with the pick-up location. The ability to specify the pickup location is not available.

Hold for Pickup is NOT available to military mail destinations as well as certain locations do not support Hold for Pickup. Please call your post office directly for information.

Canada Shipping

UPS: Express Saver 5-7 business days or USPS Priority International 9-12 business days

International Shipping

The purchasers are solely responsible to pay any and all duties, taxes or import tariffs.

USPS International: Express 5-7 business days

Same Day Shipping

Place your order before 3:00 pm CST for same day shipping. Orders received after 3:00 pm CST will ship the following business day.

Please note the USPS Priority Express has overnight scheduled delivery to most U.S. addresses, including PO Boxes. In some cases it will take 2 business days based on origin and destination.

Lost/Damaged/Unclaimed/Stolen Packages

The Lashe is not responsible for packages that are lost, damaged, unclaimed or stolen. Once the package leaves The Lashes’ facilities, this issue is between the customer and the post service chosen. All Lashe shipments have tracking included in the shipping options. Please go online to your carrier's website and request a refund. All tracking and order information needed can be located by logging in to your account.

Insurance

The Lashe shipping includes $50 insurance for priority USPS, $100 insurance for USPS priority mail express. UPS packages have declared value coverage for up to $100 of the amount of the goods.

If the customer wishes to purchase further insurance, the customer must immediately notify The Lashe before the product is shipped.

All claims are the sole responsibility of the customer. The Lashe will be happy to provide any information to you that is needed.

Back Orders

We strive to remain fully stocked on all products. Occasionally, supply and demand creates an “out of stock” situation. Should this occur, we will notify you regarding the delay with an expected delivery date.

Shipment Days

The Lashe ships packages Monday through Friday. If an order is placed after 3:00pm central, the shipment will go out the next shipping day.

Holidays

The Lashe will observe the following:

New Years Day, Martin Luther King Day, Washington’s Birthday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veteran’s Day, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving (Thursday & Friday), and Christmas Day
